On the Xbox version of Morrowind (GOTY) , my mages guild somehow screwed up. In Balmora, Galbedir never went back up to her desk, so all she does now is stand by Estirdalin. In Ald'ruhn, everyone except for the Breton and Argonian on the top level have teleported into the room at the back of the guild. Also, Ananeren's (sp?) Devil Tanto seems to have vanished from the game.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Unfortunately, no. The XBox version has no console. And so those problems can't be fixed I'm afraid, short of starting a new game or reverting to an earlier savegame where they were still there.
