Hi i whas wondering if anybody would wanna make a little mod team with me
or could i maby join some team that is making a mod in Bitter Coast region
i have only done one mod so far and like to make and texture landmass and also
interior furnituring so if anybody would wanna to make a team of maby 3 persons
max that likes the swamppy Bitter Coast region then post a reply

Usually you start a mod and then make a team.
i usualy would make a team first i mean do you make a game first and
then a team? but i know what you mean oh well i'll just continue with
my own mod

I mean you do a small (or large for that matter) amount of work on the mod first so that you have something to show people who want to join. (hence the word start)

Yes, you pick the game first, then pick the tam that would best fit that game. You pick football players for football, and basketball players for basketball. You similarly would put together a mod team comprised of people interested in the concept behind the mod you are making.
It just makes sense that way.
If you have a good concept, and solid plan for a mod, people will join your team.

do i need bloodmoon for that one ?
i cant apply for a job when i dont know the work so i cant apply helping you with your mod because i dont know what i will be making its like buying meat when not knowing for sure it is or isnt over date
