if your already been to mournhold you can kill the guy in ebonhart that told you how to get there. You get everything but a helmet.

There are several ways you can get a full suit of Adamantium Armor. You can take Adamantium Ore which can be found in:

Temple Crypt (ten boulders)
The Teeth that Gnash section of Norenen-Dur (four boulders)
Temple Catacombs (three boulders)
Armory Ruins (three pieces)

Sadly though, each boulder only has a 60% chance of having a piece of Adamantium. If you got lucky though you could find 14 or 15 pieces and take them to Bols Indalen on the ground floor of the Craftsmen's Hall and let him make a few pieces of armor.

You can also find several pieces of Adamantium Armor scattered around Old Mournhold as well. These pieces are:

Temple Sewers West (Adamantium Cuirass and Adamantium Boots)
Moril Manor Courtyard (Adamantium Helm, Adamantium Boots, Adamantium Left and Right Bracers)
Bazaar Sewers (Adamantium Boots)

You can also buy Adamantium Left and Right Bracers from the Armorer in the Great Bazaar.

The last way to get the rest of the Adamantium Armor is to kill either Apelles Matius or Yagak gro-Gluk. You can kill Yagak gro-Gluk, but he is missing the Adamantium Helm, Adamantium Left Pauldron, and Adamantium Left Bracer and he is required in late in the mainquest. But, you can also kill Apelles Matius, who is missing only the Adamantium Helm. Once Matius gives you access to Mournhold, you can kill him at any time after to get his armor.

Download the official plug in and you can buy most of it from the main armourers of Morrowind. A second plug in gives you the helm of Tohan. Not suitable for xbox I'm afraid.

AFAIK it has a higher number of enchantability points, one of the highest after the Daedric Tower Shield.

Besides the adamantium helm, (and the adamantium helm of Tohan for PC) adamantium armor is pretty useless... glass gives more AR and weighs less than it and you have to go through much more trouble getting addy (unless you just decide to kill Yagak Gro-Gluk (the orc that makes TrueFlame) or Apelles Matius (the imperial that you go to after being attacked by the dark brotherhood, shortly after speaking to any guard).

Adamantium armor is far from useless. Glass armor only gives better protection if you have a real high light armor skill and a real low medium armor skill. I think the Royal Guard armor set is the only medium armor better than adamantium.

Adamantium is actually best for semi-rich characters who can afford to buy it. The Demi-God characters seem to do better with taking on good 'ol Divayth for his Daedric and grabbing Tohan's helm.
