okay, i reinstalled morrowind to attempt to repair an issue i was having with a plugin and now need to reapply the 1.2.0722 update. however when i try to update it gets to 17% and gives me an error stating:

"Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since the contents don't match"

i've tried running the patch from it's own folder and from the morrowind folder and still cannot get it to install. any ideas?

nevermind. i found the answer on the official morrowind forum. if the copy of morrowind is bundled witha video card it may be the euro version in which you have to get the euro patch.
