I have looked for a while and gave up I feel stupid because I can't find them! Please help it is the only quest I have left.

no name boy, have you really done every quest in Morrowind? I have a complete list if you want it (need an email to send it to). But the Dark Bro quest is the start of a series of quests for the King.
