The Silt Strider guy and the woman in the mages guild in Ald Ruhn DISAPPEARED!!!

Are you playing on PC? If so try the console command RA. If not, wait for another response.

WEll uh, I have the xbox version, one time the silt stryder dude fell off the platform or something and he was down at the silt stryders feet. But i cant help you with the transport lady. I doubt this will help you but it might

It is possible to reinstate a missing person via the console but I do not have the checklist with me. Try a search on past posts as this topic has been raised before.

placeatpc "navam veran" 1, 1, 1
placeatpc "erranil" 1, 1, 1

Those two codes entered in the console will place the two missing NPCs at your character's current location (so you might want to stand where they were standing before when you enter the code).

I assume by the "woman in the Mages Guild" you meant the woman who can transport you to the other Mages Guilds.

Navam Veran = Silt Strider
Erranil = Guild Transporter
