does anyone have any ideas on what are the most fun things to do in BM? mine is to go hunting by thirsk except it' not that simple i use no enchantments i only bring my huntsman crossbow and either a huntsman's spear or an axe with a rickling shield and a pair of bear boots and whatever clothes i want just to make it hard. anyone else?

Once I went around the entire island and went through every cave I could find and killed everything. Unfortunatly, I never found a person, village or werewolf O.o

yah yesterday i sat down for a while and just went all over the island until the entire map of solstheim was revealed there's still a few things i havnt found though like the entrance to sovngard i think that was it but like the mw version of valhalla that teh nord guy in the cave asked you to find but i havnt found it.

Yep, I found that guy too =o) But I couldnt find his 'Nord Heaven' and i got annoyed with his constant nagging about being a 'Living Rock' and I killed him just to see if it was true. But I thought you couldnt kill rocks...? oops oh well =o) But that was one of my previous games and I have re-installed since then, so Rock-Man is still a livin.

one time i ran around not killing any thing and just walked near animals and ran and then i went into the fort and all of the guards got slaughterd there was like fifty spriggans and bears and wolfs and riklings it was sweet

go get the stuff in the hollow treestump in thirsk (near the <ead Hall)

Oh please - to find the Entrance to the Nord Heaven talk to the bookseller in the Mead Hall.

Do the EEC quests and support Carnius to do some nasty double dealing.

Become a werewolf in the main quest.

Much to do!

And you can hunt down Gibbering Lunatics and Insane Wanderers who appear to be regular people in the wilderness but at nightfall they turn into werewolves.

Has anyone been to the cave on the north-easten tip of the island that has piles of gold lying on the ground, an ebony curious (soz cant remember how to spell it), an ebony longsword, a glass helmet and a glass longsword?
Malchik
Gyldenhuln (or something like that)?

You get given the key as part of a miscellaneous quest.
Loopy
yeh. How good is it? I couldn't belive it when I saw all the loot.
Malchik
Good? Not especially. Find Thormoor on the west coast at Thormoor's watch and talk to him.
Loopy
You don't consider 20,000 free gold good? I have 2mil in Morrowind but I was still stoked to find a cave with piles of 100gold scatterd on the ground, looks cool as well.
Malchik
I thought you were asking me if I thought the QUEST was any good.

Loot's fine if you need it by the time you reach it. Usually I have too much already by the time I get there.

If only it were real.
Loopy
lol if only... I agree that quest is pretty poor. I think that's what can put some people off Morrowind, the amount of go from point A to point B, then to point C and finally back to point A routiines. It gets tedious after a while.

heh...... biggrin.gif i havent even started the main quest yet and have been half way around and into a bunch of caves...but...are there any big cities in solstheim. or is fort frostmoth the only one...kinda disapointing

Malchik
Hmm - bordering on the Hi, Jack!

The habitation on Solstheim comprises Fort Frostmoth, the Skall Nord village, the Raven Rock mining colony (which doesn't exist unless you join the EEC and do their quests), Graring's House (EEC quest), Uncle Sweetshare's House (miscellaeous quest), the dwellings (caves) of Ulfgar the Unending, Kjolver, Kolfinna and Geilir the Mumbling (all miscellaneous quests). There are several people living in the Gandrung Caverns (main quest).

Most caves and barrows in Solstheim, unlike Morrowind itself, are used in quests. Be careful not to kill everyone before you know why they are there!

I got bored one day, so I did the main quest, turned into a werewolf (this is where you should save) and went around the whole island killing all the NPC's just to see what they dropped..It was actually quite fun to kill some NPC's....the annoying ones, anyway[COLOR=red] smile.gif

I have Finished all three games and about 80% of all quest's, and i have to agree with Loopy the gameplay dose get tedious after a while and the only way to rectify that situation is to just muck around as some of the others said because its more thrilling plus u can score a lot of rare items that way. shiftyph34r.gif
