Hey, where can i get the pylon (sp?) index for those things in the old drewmer strongholds?

If you mean Dunmer Strongholds, they are ones such as Barandus, Hlormaren, Marandus, Falensaro and Valenvaryon. There are more, but I dont have heir names around. Anyways, if you go to the Caldera Mages Guild, there is a Dark Elf upstairs that is standing next to a closet with a 90 lock I believe. He will offer to you the Master Propylen Index, which can teleport you to any of the Strongholds. However, you have to go to various places around Vvardenfell, including Irgola (in Caldera) Tel Fyr to Divath Fyr and even one of the Strongholds. However, I have looked through the book and havent found a topic for it yet, so it MIGHT just be a mod that I have, but I dont remember downloading it... Anyways, if its not a mod, thats how you can get the master index.

Almelexia is mean. She killed Sotha Sil. Ok, this is a question I havent been able to figure out with those three... Are they good? Well I know Almelexia isnt, cuz she wants to kill you, but were Sotha Sil and Vivec good guys?

Lemme see....Vivec gives you the WraithGuard,and instructs you on how to destroy the Heart Of Lorkhan,the source of his power. Sotha Sil had given up his power long ago. Almelxia was droven mad by the Mazed Band...

So Sotha Sil didnt want to be a god anymore? And I understand about Vivec... Almelexia is just a deranged mad lady. I think I got it =o)
