You aren't supposed to. It's there for pure story value.

no actually with corpus you can get as much strength as you want. My guy has 300 strenght from corpus. You could get a thousand even a million if you wanted to.
And its not cheating. It does not require you to open the console box at al nor is it a glitch.

You shouldn't use it even if you do have strength up to 200. Five hits and it needs to be repaired, so I'd say it's very unreasonable.

yet those five hit can be useful.

It can't be deadly, since you inevitably get it as part of the main quest (and are cured later). The infinite strength thing can only be done at a specific time in the main quest... And once you get hit by a damage strength spell, the boost is gone since restore attribute spells won't restore it above 100.

the first time i discovered that i found it to be very unfair so i set my strength to 300 so i could restore it. I dont really think it is cheating.

It is cheating. You are not the one who can decide if it's fair or not. You want to exploit corpus? Fine. But then don't complain when a Greater Bonewalker sucks it right out of you.

you can get it one way though it would be very tedious if you could pick it up the first time without being caught you could drop it again as far away from you as possible then walk over to the other side of it as far as you can away from it and still reach it, then pick it up and drop it again and do this again and again until you have it where you want it, but it could take hours but it is a very cool item so have on display.

Isnt it Sendarr's Hammer? Or that might be another one. Anyways, my dad had his own little artifact display going and what he did was cast a Mark spell right where he wanted to place the hammer, hen he went there, stole the weapon then Recalled quickly, then paid off his bounty. But that isnt a way to use it. I think, as Peregrine said, its just there for the story behind it.

i dont beleive it is cheating at all the game allows it without hacking into it. and the thing about bonewalkers is true i hate them but i never get hit by them, all ya have to do is memorize where they all are, or just be careful in tombs
