How to get out from Mournhold? becus i cant have runned around for hours and looked after a gate out but dont find any

Remember the place you were transported to from Ebonheart? In the Royal Palace, the Argonian mage will transport you back to Ebonheart- just talk to him.

You can't get out of Mournhold. The Tribunal doesn't add Morrowind mainland, just the Mournhold. You can only travel back to Vvardenfell. Morrowind is a province of Tamriel that consists of the mainland and the island of Vvardenfell (the one you call Morrowind).

i think he ment that the gate going to outside mournhold doesnt work

And it cannot be opened. Because the Bethesda haven't created the exteriors around Mournhold.

It is why levitation doesn't work there. Otherwise you could (shock horror) SEE over the walls!

Actually, I dont know why levitation wont work there because you couldnt see over the walls if you wanted to. There is an object in the CS that wont let you out. Thats why when you go too high on a house or something, you cant leave the city that way. I dont know if its this object that wont let you levitate, I'll have to check this out, but even if you could levitate, then you couldnt go past the object anyways. It appears invisible, but its still there.

You could also cast a jump spell... but you have to jump just perfectly or it will just show a message saying 'You cannot leave the city this way.' One time I jumped over the walls and the only thing past them was an endless ocean of water.
