Does anybody know were I can find a full set of glass armor. By finding i mean primarily stealing but i dont really want to kill any guards for it

Ghostgate, Tower of Dusk, Lower Level-- the male Dunmer smith there sells a whole set. Either use an Invisibility spell to steal the armour, or keep resting and then wait for him to leave. Then close the door and pilfer to your heart's content.

Also, if you are a player who 'keeps his morals in his pocket,' so to speak, there are several Buoyant Armigers who have full sets- just be sure not to kill Salyn Sarethi, as you need him in an Imperal legion quest and in a Bal Molagmer quest.

Also try some strongholds like hlormaren and valenfaryon. In some dungeons of those creepy places lies sometimes some glass armor on the bodies of dead adventurers.

Ghostgate is primarily thee place to find glass equitment; weapons and armor.

Golena Sadri in Tribunal has a full set. You need to kill her for a tribunal quest anyway.

If it helps, there is an orc in suran who has glass pauldrons. The others have already said where the best places to find most of it are, but if it helps. Gl with the whole glass armor thing.

well sugar lips has asked me to hunt down a altmer to lock up the south wall
but ive search balmora completly over twice i cant find any altmer
