HOW or where is armorer who can rebuild blade or ???. Killed ORG in Godsreach before getting pieces. Searched but have found, so far no one to rebuild blade?

And this is why you don't kill every NPC you see.... the armorer in Mournhold is the only person who can fix the blade.
