ok everyone may already know this but i dont...tried searching for it and found nothing ...so the question is,is there such thing as a bank in morrowind?if so where?

creeper is practiclly a bank because you can put in money and take it out with out losing any

Kind of OT but i noticed that you can over charge Creeper but exactly 1% of the total price. so instead of selling him your goods if you are way low on cash or just starting out you can 'sell' him 1000 gold and barter up so he gives you 1010 gold for it!

I'm playing with this mod. It's a very interesting one. Banks all over Vvardenfell with employees and guards! You can have an interest rate (I don't know the percentage), letter of credit, etc. Very well done.
The banks close between 6pm and 8am, though. And you have an .esp you can mark in the data files that actually gives weight to the money (which can force you to deposit it).
