I was inspired by Sludgewort to go download a GIF making prog and start animating. Lots of tedius copying and pasting, 29 frames, and a root beer later I have this extremely n00bish animation about a guy getting his head chopped off. Its my first work so hopefully I'll get better (and less choppy!) biggrin.gif

Yes I know you hate stick drawings Peregrine and yes I used paint.

I think yours is much more refined than sludgeworth's. Keep up the good work ...

And, yes you're right, if this is your first, you must improve biggrin.gif
cmac
I can appreciate that this is much, much smoother and considerably less sophomoric than Sludgewort's animations, but I must point out that, in such an incision as the one illustrated above, the sternomastoid would severed, the trachea would be partly severed, and the left internal and external carotid artery and the jugular vein would be severed, resulting in arterial spurt at an angle perpindicular to the victim's head, not twin fountains shooting directly upwards.

Good job, though. smile.gif

Good, but....

Two words: Learn Flash.
UberBender
i want to learn flash because it is so much easier but it is also $100 and thats if you buy the cheap "educational discount" version. Maybe when my job gets off the ground. Or if you're really nice Slaiv you could buy it for me! biggrin.gif

Edit: Thanks for the suggestions cmac! I dont know what they mean though. laugh.gif
Its not really supposed to be realistic.
Slaiv
Or you could..........we won't go into that. whistling.gif

no I don't think we should for fear of Peregrine's Wrath. And I never really fancied jail.
Slaiv
Aye, me too......
Sludgewort
yeah, okay my animations are crap. yes, yours is a hell of a lot better then mine, good job, there is nothing you need to improve upon in
Slaiv
Lol, good times.......
