how do i make my own buildings and add armor and weapons inside of it?

I think he wants his own house with all of the Unique armor/weapons in it so he can unbalence the game and make it boring. (Cheating in my book)

haha uber dont preach about giving yourself awesome items. I've seen your File on your computer and you did exactly that. haha.i just thought it was funny you said that to someone and did it yourself

and
http://www.elderscrolls.com/codex/tes_utilities.htmhas some utilities that allow you move artwork form 3D StudioMax into TESCS if that is easier for you.
