"I most certainly will not," said Eiade. "The last thing this party needs is more trouble. Look, why don't we all chip in and bail him out? Of course, in order for that to happen, we would have to show our faces to those guards. If you want to chip in and get him out, let's give our money to Tyjet, and have him get the poor Argonian out. It's the safest and most sure-fire way. I'm sick and tired of these delays."
Eiade shifted her weight to one leg, and crossed her arms.
"We can't just risk life-and-limb all the time. What do you say?"

"I wouldn't want the party to end because of this incident, but if they are breaking in that damn jail to bust Has-Big-Axe out, I'm going, if there is a good plan that is.", said Élsúch and turned against Tyjet. "If you've got no good plan, I say we keep going, Has-Big-Axe is tough, he can make it.. I hope."
Tarkél wandered up to Élsúch and grabbed his arm. "They can't blame him for defending himself, can they? I say we keep going, and when we know what to do with the staff, we get him out of there." He pulled Élsúch's arm. "Let's go." Élsúch gave the city a look, and turned around. "He'll make it", he muttered to himself.
"We're.. leaving now, if you want to break him out now and give those damn guards something to punish him for, go ahead.", said Élsúch with a low voice. He walked down the road with Tarkél and then stopped to watch the others.

He turned and began to walk away. He stopped, and turned to the group, "I was portrayed as a criminal almost my whole life. I'm not afraid to be again. I can never trust the Imperial Law. If none of you is willing to come--well... I said it already, I'll go alone."

"Would you rather the eight (ooc: I may be wrong about that number) break in there and embark on an impossible and foolish mission to somehow get past all the guards and cult members and break out Has-Big-Axe who is behind a complex lock with only one key, and on top of that, find the vault of confiscated items, break into it retrieve the staff and all of the Argonian's armor and items, and somehow make it out alive? And that's not where it ends, oh no. Then we have to trek across miles and miles of ashlands, with one of the most powerful sorcerors in Morrowind on our tails, with just the nine of us doing our best to guard it! Or would you rather have it locked away in a nearly impenitrable Imperial fortress and guarded by dozens of highly trained guards and cult members 24-7? You aren't thinking clearly, Ken! Get yourself together!"

Tyjet turned to Ken, "Charging in is suicide. If we are going to do anything it has to be covert. We need to put our theives to use." Tyjet turned to the rest of the group. "Well, whatever we do, lets decide and everyone must agree. I'm fine either way..."

Plus, that will keep our pockets full of gold, and we won't have to run the huge risk of going in there and trying to sneak Has-Big-Axe out... which I think can't be done in the first place."
OOC: Plus it gives us a reason for Has-Big-Axe to be silent for 3 weeks. The reason I can't think sneaking in can be done: you guys have all been in Imperial forts, right? You know it would be impossible to sneak around and not look suspicious. The only way to sneak is to use someone with illusion and stealth capabilities (that person being me, I don't know if Duriel has illusion). Even then, it's still incredibly dangerous as to how many people are in an Imperial fort and they've seen us before. And Tyjet doesn't use illusion (you don't, do you?).

The captain took a few steps towards the dungeon door. "I think it's time that we pay a visit to the prisoner, don't you think?" One of the guards looked at him and asked: "The redguard?" "Do you travel much?", he asked Eiade. Élsúch was laying(laying, lying, whatever) on the ground near the fire, with his cape under his head. He had his bow and five long, white arrows laying(again damnit) next to him, one hand on the bowstring.

Eiade saw something in the field across the path from them with her keen bosmer eyes.
"Excuse me for a second, Tarkel."
She got up, and ventured into the large clearing, spotted with wildflowers and tall weeds. She saw a large black shape in the middle of the field. It was undistinguishable in the dark as to what it was, until she walked up to it. It was a dead shalk, those huge beetles. Idea. She pulled out a throwing dagger and began cutting away around the thing's shell. Eventually she pulled the hard shell off of the insect. She had seen in many taverns that the native dunmer used these things to cook on. They were beetles from the ashlands, and they were extremely resistant to fire, so their shells made excellent pans. She trotted back to the camp with it.
Eiade placed the shell over the fire, and poured water into the pan. Once it was simmering, she used her throwing knife once again to cut up pieces of hound meat and toss them in. She also added saltrice and slices of scuttle. The stew began to develop a good smell that roused everyone's taste buds. She added much more saltrice, which thickened the stew into more of a paste (remember there's not that much water in it) with chunks of meat. She added diced bittergreen petals, and began to stir it with a stick. She then sat down next to Tarkel once again to let it simmer for a while.
"You guys must be hungry," she said. "We haven't eaten since this morning after the battle with Luthin."
While she was waiting, she pulled out the kresh fiber that she had been collecting on the way the Gnisis, and began weaving the strands into a braid.
"So... where do you live?" She asked Tarkel.

"If you know what's good for you, you will quit the puny Thieves Guild and come join the Hllalu. We will give you three days to think about it. You will join or run for the rest of your life. Your choice."

He turned to Eiade again. "What happened then?", she asked him. Tarkél looked deep into her eyes for about ten seconds before he answered. "Two nights, this mage, necromancer actually, came to the city followed by nine men wearing black capes with hoods. One of the guards asked him what he wanted. We fled into the forest surrounding the city and Élsúch started to lead us towards the point where you found us. Two of our companions died the following night, slayed by one of the cloaked men. The night before we met you, two others were slayed, and.. well, you all saw what happened to lamtár.." (Sorry for doing that, but i don't think it's already the time to reveal my secrets to you (if you don't mind...

OOC:
Rule number 1 of role-playing:
Actions like the one you just took are not yours to decide whether or not they succeed. Plus there were 3 Valenwood-native wood elves watching your tree intently. You do not decide whether or not you are successful in sneaking up on a fire-lit camp. On top of that, the Breton was cautiously watching his surroundings (as specifically stated in his post). FishyStick, do something. I don't know if I'm wrong or right, but I don't think that this was a just action.

OOC: Haha... don't worry my character isn't sneaky anyways.

And ya, sorry.. guess I didn't read it right.
IC: Ken looked at the guard he had just rendered unconsious(sp?). "I am an idiot aren't I. I could've taken a different approach." He heard running from the hall. He ran without another thought. A guard came from his front now. "Damnit, surrounded!" He looked around.
What to do...."Halt! This is no place for you!" yelled the guards. "wait, your from that group at the tradehouse..."
"He must be trying to break out his Argonian friend! Get him!" Ken looked in front, the back.
Well, Ken, what now?Suddenly, another guard came walking in, an Imperial. His face seemed strangely familiar to Ken. "Putdown you weapons guards, I have this one... Ken Ralliman, I presume. That is your name right? Or is it.. Mr. Rada gro- Daigrosh?"
Ken glared at the Imperial. Suddenly his eyes widened in realization. The guard was the captian of the guards who had chased him before he went to Morrowind. "W-what are you doing here in Gnisis...Vvardenfell? Did you miss me, so you came to find me?"
The Imperial laughed. "I am here on important Imperial Law business. In fact, I just arrived on ship here in Gnisis. And it seems, just on time. Well, Rada, caught in the act now, are you still going to plead innocent?"
Ken glared, he could do nothing. He looked around himself. "Well, you got me at last, Captain, are you proud of yourself?"
The Imperial glared at Ken. He bashed him in the head with his sword handle. "Take him to the lower cells! We will discuss his punishment later! With that, one guard grabbed Ken, and the other started to remove all of his weapons and other available evidence of crime. The Imperial Guard walked away without saying anymore.
Rada gro-Darigrosh cannot fail. Especially to lawlovers like that Imperial. I will get out, and I will get my revenge. I just hope... Has-Big-Axe can get out. Ken's eyes flared with anger. He thought now that, maybe, he had lost at last.
OOC: Sorry for the long post, but I had to sum it up, I'm leaving tommorow and This will be my last post for today, so: adios all! I won't miss you!

OOC:Dude, seriously, dude. I don't know if you're an über acrobat or an über soldat or whatever, but dude, seriously. escaping the eyes of three woodelves in a forest, then knocking down a breton who is alerted without even making a sound, after that, grabbing food and stuff from a bag before escaping.. uncool dude. I mean, wouldn't atleast one of the elves go back if they saw the thing they were watching jump around, wouldn't they?
It seems that you are very über and stuff, since you are obviously unaffected by the most powerfull staff in the whole bloody world, but seriously.. please, I beg you to change your actions a bit, this is almos, ALMOST, powerposing. Please, change your actions a bit.. and oh, btw, Duriel was awake, the cat, you know? didn't he notice it? Please dude..

OOC: due to my character being by the fire as well, why dont i just crack his skull. He can be knocked out. And since my guy has never seen the staff he wont have a clue what he has done.
IC: Sorrion saw a person rushing towards the camp. They didnt carry themselves like the usual wood elf, so Sorrion decided to feign sleeping until he could get a glimpse of this mysterious creature. As the person steped into the light, he could tell it was a dark elf of some sort. They knocked out his fellow member, the Breton, and they started to rumage through the others belongings. Sorrion signaled to Duriel that he was going to take this theif out. As the Dark elf started to run off into the night, Sorrion lept out of his sleeping position and beat the Dark elf down with the butt of his sword.
OOC: I followed what Hir_nesta said, but i did it in a way that allowed us to not be such fools and for him to not be so great and almost powerposing. If this isnt up to par, just tell me and ill edit my post.
