Can anyone tell me where i can find a mark and recall amulet\ring?

They can be found in random loot and you can be given one if you join a vampire clan. It's much easier just to enchant one yourself using an exquisite ring or two or just learn the spells. They aren't that hard to master, just some easy mysticsm.

The amulets from the Ald Ruhn Mages Guild give you Almisivi and Divine intervention. Both can be really useful, I suggest getting all three as they make traveling in places such as Solthseim much easier.

you can always just enchant an amulet to mark or recall that is if you have the spell.

The amulets can be bought, there is another thread about it somewhere.

I found one in a cave doing a treasure run......

In one of teh Redoran quests ther eis a guy in the back of a cave wiht the Recall ammy and the Guy you ahve to kill has a Mark ammy. I think it is the one where you kill the 2 dudes in the cave south of Gnaar Mok.

But I'm not sure.

One of the last two quests given to you by the woman in the Fighter's Guild in Balmora, where you go kill everyone in a cave. There's a mark amulet, a recall amulet, and several mediocre offensive enchanted rings in all the crates in there.

I just enchanted 2 rings with recall and mark. I thought that was the easiest way

I am pretty sure that you get something like that if you do some missions for the telvani house. they either give you the necklaces or they teach you the spells for free... But most people don't like that house... so learn that that way if you like.

Where can I buy mark and recall spells?

It's simpler just to go and see Sirilonwe in the Vivec Mages Guild (to the left off the platform and to the right, through the door). She sells both spells, and together they only cost about 500 gold.
