I am on the mission where you are supposed to kill a bunch of spriggans...
BUT, I can only find a few near Ravens Rock (four actually), and the ones I kill farther away, doesn´t count... Me´s getting pissed of!!!

Ok, so now I´ve killed them, but the guy in the bar keeps saying; I wil not work until the Spriggans are gone...

I had problems with quests, and known of people who also had them. I read somewhere that there is a bug in SOME versions (not many, luckily) of Bloodmoon
in which not all the spriggans appear. I remember I spent a lot of time looking
for those damn spriggans near the area in which I was supposed to look for them,
but to no avail. Went through the village several times, but they simply weren't
there. And of course, the ones outside the village do not count.

So, keep looking for them, but if you just don't find them, use the console.

I fortunately did not come across this error. However, I believe that sometimes the spriggans decide to respawn. So, have a look for them, and if this fails, do as Maquissar suggested.

Yes, and each time they resurrect they're stronger. Or at least larger

I take it you don't have Bloodmoon then they're unavoidable if you do.

I do have it, but I bet I just passed them all or something. When I explored the island, I was in the cold, snowy areas where there little trees.
