are there any sites where u can learn languages from middle earth liek elvish mororish and stuff
i am asking this so if i learn those languages maybe i can be a help for the mod

Also, there's a little red book called "The Languages of Tolkien's Middle Earth" by Ruth S. Noel. It gives a really good idea of how to speak several languages as well as histories of the languages. You'll find the language of Hobbits and Rohhirim, black speach, quenya, and sindiran. It has, however, been widely ridiculed for its inaccuracy in some areas and is now very incomplete due to the more recent release of writings by Tolkien. Still, it's worth checking out if you're into the languages of Tolkien's Middle Earth.
