I have to escort an NPC to the koal cave south of Genisis, we are both standing in front of it but still he says he needs to get there soon...
So I go in and still nothing happens...when I go in deeper My NPC get's killed by a slaughter fish and when there are no slaughter fishes, we just drown because it's impossible for me to reach the end when I am swimminh this slow...
There was a time limit, He sayd he had to be there in 2 days but I think those 2 days have passed, so I failed right?
Then why does he keep following me??

Mabye you could be more specfic.
Who is the person? What race is he? Are you questing for a house/faction or is it just a random quest?

There are only two quests like this...a Redoran House quest where Tuveso Beleth asks you to take her son, Deval Beleth, to Koal Cave. The other is a Misc. quest where lost pilgrim, Fonus Rathryon, will pay you 150 septims to be his guide.
I'm not sure which quest you are working on, but here are the console solutions for both:
Misc. Quest from Fonus Rathryon:

If you want the reward from that quest, add 150 septims to your inventory by typing in

It was the misc. quest.
But some how I did it anyway, I was like satnding in front of the freakin' door, I left the game on while I got myself something to eat (
) and when I came back he thanked me for my help and he gave me the 150 gold, then he returned to his pathetic NPC life which only exists out of walking around and do as if he never saw me...
