I was just wondering if there is anyway for me to change my avatar into a screenshot of my character? I did make it smaller so it is the right size, is this even possible? If it is any help would be most welcome Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

Yeah, just click the "My Controls Link" at the top of the page, then click on the "Edit Avatar Settings" on the bottom-left corner of the page. Make sure the image is within 64x64 pixels, and click "Browse." Find the saved image, and double click on it. Press open, then "Update." Voila.

No its the right size its just the file, how can I change my paint file into something else?

File -> Save As -> .jpg. Even windows paint can do that.
