Hello folks. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. My new companion mod keeps giving me the "I have no greeting" message and I have no idea what the problem is. Nothing seems out of place. One minute it worked just fine and the next, poof! I keep finding all of these related "I have no greeting" posts that deal with Shivering Isles. I've never even played Shivering Isles so what else could it be? I do have the plug in loaded in though. Could that still affect it?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Well I learned that this happens when you go out of shivering isles without using the door...

Just go back through the door and come out again and see if it works.

You say one minute it worked fine, you mean they actually had a greeting and stopped using it? Is this a companion you made from scratch, or did you use CM partners or something like that?

I've never gone through any door involving the Shivering Isles. I created a new companion (I do have Reznod's companion share mod). I had the dialogue working just fine for a while. I do have the shivering isles plugin loaded into main game file. but I've never done anything in the game involving SI. I even tried disabling the plugin and got the same result.

I made the companion using a duplicate of an Imperial male. I'm using Reznod's companion share mod.

The companion did have a greeting. When you clicked on him it would begin the set dialogue. Once you exited out of that line of dialogue and clicked on him again then he would use a different greeting, the first being set to say once.In the list of GREETINGS all is deleted except two, both are ones I created. It worked just fine for a long while.
