I have done all the other pilgrimages and am left only with the puzzle canal shrine. I cant find the stupid guy t give the silver longsword to. I am in the puzzle canal center and he isnt there and its pissing me off... In short, where the hell is this guy?

jump i the water till you breath runs out..then wen you come out there will be a bridge to that magic force field type thing...then the dremora on the other side of the bridge is who you need to spk to
