Wondering what people are using for environmental mods, graphics enhancement, visual enhancement mods.

I really want to make things LOOK better in Oblivion and was hoping for some suggestions on some mods or combination of mods.

These are the first few that I can remember I have installed;
QTP 3
Atmospheric Weather System OMOD
Tamriel VWD Enhanced
Natural Environments(Only Natural Water/Vegetation/Habitat, weather is handled by AWS.)
