I can't get it to work. I'm not even sure if it's FCOM either, because when I deactivate all the mods, still CTD on loading oblivion. I've read over the FAQ, no pink mods in Wryebash. I patched it to 1.2 before installing the mods. Well, I can't tell if my oblivion is actually patched to 1.2 because I can't start up the game. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try that. It's a simple guide that explains everything that needs to be done and in what order. In my experience the guide on the FCOM site was very confusing.
