i stumbled across so very rare items completely by accident
in an egg mine in the sheogorad area i managed to find "7 golden eggs" just behind the queen.has anybody else found these??
are there anymore?

is there a purpose for them besides beign expensive?

How much are they worth? And where to you find them?

they are worth 150 drakes
and they weigh 30lbs

Sawheet, I didn't actually think there was Golden Eggs... Isn't there a quest for them? IIRC someone talked about them somewhere in the world of Morrowind... OR maybe it was just something someone posted on these forums

It's a Fighters Guild quest.

It's a Fighter's Guild quest, Sjoring Hard-Heart gives it to you, if I remember correctly. You will get 10,000 gold for them, which is a lot more than they are actually worth.

It is a quest from Hrundi in Sadrith Mora fighters guild - his last quest for you. The mine is Pudai on the west side of the main island of Sheogorad. The info is in cmac's pinned thread in spoilers. And spoilers is where this thread is going!
