downloading from your site at 10kBs....perhaps you should host your files on some one click hoster to speed things up.
Which site? FO3Nexus or TESNexus?

The London server is quite overloaded as it is. Try another server.
The London sever always seems to have less people on than the other 2.

But it is also where the site and database is hosted so there is a LOT more bandwidth being soaked up on that server.
I live in sweden and i choose texas to get good speeds so.... try texas
