Idont know about n e of u but to me OBMM just seems like a waste of space. I've used it for months and it hasn't helped me in anyway - all the mods for it i can use just with data files, which seems a lot easier to me. But still, I have issues with replacing meshes / textures LOD/ etc - i never know what im replacing, never sure how to know if it actually fricken worked, and i get sick of having a billion awesome mods just dead space that i cant use. something that rly makes me confused is readmes always tell me to replace the entire 'meshes' folder to which im like wtf cuz that would get rid of all the other meshes in the game and mods just to let this mod work right? so i never know if to replace the specific files will make it work right, and probably about half of that type of mod never works for me. So I'm wondering if mod manager will actually help me organize and work with BS like this stupid file replacing that takes like 3 hours? and maybe im just using it wrong. cuz i usually cant even get the obmm files to even appear in the mod manager. (when i do, they dont work) maybe cuz of low disk space but it says it will replace files of other mods in the data folder, but if it's from a different folder why does that matter?

I've never seen a read me tell you to replace all the meshes, add to the mesh folder..yes!

I've used OBMM for ages and love it. Installs everything where it belongs, removes it when you don't want it anymore. adjusts your load order, notifys you of conflicts.
If you have a file other than in an omod format, you can convert that file to omod very easily!

Spam is...

1) Posting one liners. Replying to a thread and just saying something like "hey!" "yeah!" "lol" "I agree" "no" etc..
2) Posting the same thread/post repeatedly in order to gain attention.
3) Posting something completely off-topic (OT) that has nothing to do with the thread.
4) Posting in a thread to simply "bump" it back to the top of the forum listings with no additional or useful content.

Well I guess I must be doing something wrong - every time I try to convert something it seems to have no effect. I select something and click "create omod" and do that, but i can just "create omod" with selecting nothing anyway, name it what i like, w/e. So I feel like im not really doing it right.

ok,click create omod, add the mod name and author where indicated.
then click add archive, the mod will then be broken down automatically. When its ready you'll see some writing in the big box under file path
Then click create omod, answer yes and omod will be created.
you'll get a green square in your mod list, click on it and then click activate!
all done! mod is now active

If you are asking for help, if you try to use proper language, punctuation, capitalization and don't try to run everything together so its hard to read and understand, you will get more people to read it. And more will reply.
