these i have no idea where they came from, i have had almost all guild wars weapons and none of them are guild wars weapons....

Okay then this is from Warhammer. I have them saved to my comp, but since i don't play either one, i get them confused.

Both of the "Empire Longsword" 's are from Warhammer. If you google them it comes up so yeah there you go.

I didn't mean to come off as if I knew anything about where they came from that's why I put it in the form of a question. Sorry

im going to try my hand at making one of them right now, or at least the mesh...

i gotta say, those swords are pretty leet, i wouldnt mind seeing someone make these. Its definitely got my download.

so far my modleing atempts have failed like a joke

MINE HAVENT, lol, but the damn pictures are really pixely,....so the textures look like crap in closeup

lol it was my first atempt using blender to modle something for oblivion..... i got a desired blade and then couldent make a handle..... hoe embarasing lol

its not embarrassing, some of those swords have some pretty intricate handles that couldnt be generated by normal maps, just keep working, you'll get there

I'm gonna try to today, if you get it by tomorrow or its messed up let me know.

no i mean i couldent add a handle, i was adding verticies that could not be conected and the end result was a abomonation.....

go ahead or you could just post your own new topic. This thread seems to have decent interest though, so you are welcome to post pictures here in my book.
