How do u get the blind of boots of blinding speed?
UberBender
please don't thread highjack. just do a search on "boot of blinding speed."

Thats a pretty cool character. I went strait from chitin to CotSH. No glass for me!

Now you just need to work on the level of your character.
saldrex
I agree. Work more on your level it is still a bit *ahem* puny. Otherwise you equiptment is good. You have the best light armor that you cana get.
>Argonian thief<
lol thats kinda funny that level 13 is puny because in all of my time playing morrowind (almost a year) ive never even touched level 10. But stopily i have made close to a hunderd diferent chars lol stupid huh?

The Boots of Blinding speed can be aquired by talking to a Redguard lady (cant quite remember name) somewhere on the path between Caldera and Gnaar Mok. If its not Gnaar Mok, then its one of those funny named ones, but I know its not Maar Gan. Anyways, she says if you take her there, she'll give you her boots of blinding speed. I wont tell you what they do, but from the name, you might guess it.

Also, once you drop her off there, you can talk around to the people in the town and they will tell you things such as "She isnt trustworthy" and other stuff. That wasnt an exact quote either. But if you bring it up with her, she'll get ticked at you. If you bring it up again, she'll attack you and she shouldnt be that hard to kill. I was a higher level when I did this quest, so I cant remember how difficult she was. After that I believe people in the town say that she deserved what she got and they say "Thank you" and such. Anyways, you caneither do that (and she gives you gols) or you can just kill her and take the boots.

Why would you question how good your character is. You have some of the best stuff in the game and your only level 13. Congradulations. If you can kill a lot of people, then you should be fine. good job

My character is a level 80 woodelf. He's ment to be stealth based but with 600 odd health he can take an open bashing by lower lebel NPCs.

It helps that i've got:
The necromancers amulet, hopesfire and trueflame, Azuras Ring, Bow of Shadows, a full suit of Nordic mail, Keening, wraithguard, Eleidons ward and Mehrunes razor.

Not many Npcs can stand up to me, even in groups of 3 or 4.

That is actually a very good character. However if you're planning to make a warrior/magic user, i find it better to just use transportation spells, (divine and almsivi intervention) mark and recall, levitation, and open lock spells (mainly just all the support-type spells... since being a redguard your maximum possible magicka is 300 [if you picked you were born under the sign of the atronach] and having extremely good offensive spells will require hugh amounts of magicka... better use for a breton or high elf.... but keep a few destructive spells handy.... they always prove their worth sooner or later)

Make sure you raise end. to max first.....End. is the only attribute that you should raise first.... since it counts towards hp growth every new lvl up meaning if you raise it to max early in the game.... you will have a high HP, if you raise it to max later in the game... you will have a low HP..... Both magicka and Fatigue have a maximum amount that can be reached at any time (400 fatigue is the max for any race of any class.... magicka depends on your race and sign but in the end you always reach it) unlike HP. but as i can see your lvl 5 and have 80 hp..... VERY good endurance for your lvl... i can tell you have been really raising it
Iluvitar
....my computer crashed on morrowind i lost all my save games so now ive created a dumner balanced between fighter mage and marksman so i hope he will be good to

Eiade
Wait wait wait wait. How did you get a hold of full sets of ebony, orcish, and glass at level 2?
Iluvitar
easy loot all the vaults in vivec and get the orcish in... i forgot where but i think in caldera
Eiade
There are a bunch of ordinators in every vault. Only one of them has a key. If you can't get the key from him you have to open two level 100 locks without being caught to get inside the vaults. This is difficult because the rooms are small and the ordinators can easily see you. And since you're only level 1 or 2, you can't be nearly skilled enough to escape their gaze, or open a level 100 lock for that matter (unless you are born under the tower birthsign). The only way to not have to pick those locks is to get the key. The only way to get a key is to taunt and kill an ordinator, which is - I don't care what anyone says - impossible at levels 1 or 2. You can only successfully provoke an ordinator to attack if you have a decently high personality and speechcraft, which probably you don't. In this case, you may have to simply attack. That obviously wouldn't work either, since the other 4 or 5 of them would be on your case about it.

How exactly did you loot every single vault at level 1 or 2?
Iluvitar
i made a custom spell lock lvl 100

i dropped all my stuff(stolen) left ot there opened the door payed 5 gold fine
used a probe to disarm went inside vault rested for an hour at a time then the ordinators go out if u wait i closed the door and voila all the armour
its really easy i did it with security skill at 6 so its easy
u shud try it <_< <_< <_<
Iluvitar
i now created a char he is lvl 1

race: dunmer

Spells: Mostly the same as my other chars

weapon : Ebony longsword Fire damage 50 and daedric longbow

armour: full glass

i have loads of ebony armour/weapons and glass armour/weapons from looting both the redoran vaults and stealing all the glass armour from ghostgate(without being detected)
Desrith
My Character

Race:Nord
Level:11
HP:97
Best Skill: Long Blade(100)

Armor:Full Shadow Lord (From Mod)
Weapon:Trueflame(lit)

Tell me what you think of him.
Iluvitar
yo have a good char there but i prefer not to play pure fighter races because i only ever use 1 type of weapon so the char bonuses go to waste
Galn
How do you get a full set of glass, ebony and orcish by level 2??? i've played this game for a few years and none of my characters have had that much by level 2, even some of the characters I used cheats on to get them started faster. My current fighter/mage/thief type character is level 8 and only has dukes guard plate and a silvber staff that he had enchanted. Of course I've sold a lot of Dark Brotherhood armor and Indoril. Most of my money has gone toward training and buying enchantments.
Malchik
It is possible to raid the great house vaults in Vivec and those in Ghostgate at a low level as mentioned a bit earlier on in the post. This gives pretty much all the glass and ebony. By doing the Vassir-Didanat mine quest at the start, you can get a Daedric Longbow (or other Daedric weapon) at level 1.

I would query complete set. Ebony armour left bracer seems unlikely at level 2.

Also the orcish armour seems less likely. Some is available in Ghorak Manor and if your thievery skills are good there is the fighters guild in Ald Ruhn. But even that is not a full set.
