that shud get rid of the vampirism and make sure u never catch it again. as for the lycanthropy cure i dont think theres a guide for that yet and im not sure on the details, just that it involves an oversized raven in some grove someplace or something.

Or just download the patch to make it impossible to be both a werewolf and vampire at once. Or you could do the Vampire Cure quest from Bal Fell and rid yourself of Vampirism, and just be a werewolf, or do the Werewolf Cure quest from the Altar of Thrond and just be a vampire.
