Now I know HGEC is popular but the rating on it is a bit too much/weird IMO

Fixed. It's an issue I know about but don't have the time to fix properly. Just keep reporting them and we'll fix them up

This was also just fixed.
I caught one a while ago. Ancient Sword, http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20933 97.99 out of 10 with 2 ratings, both 1 with no reason besides they don't like it. After deleting the first rating it changed it to a rating of 1 out of 10, the proper value. And to No ratings yet after deleting the second.
every modders dream to get 56 out of 10 hehe
