Hello all, i just started usin' the TES construction set and i was wondering...

I want to create my OWN world(startin w/empty regions and cells) but i also want to have all the static objects and morrowind creatures and stuff, without the morrowind cells and regions, is this possible?

There is a mod somewhere which removes every single object, NPC and building and only leaves the terrain of Vvardenfell: the name of the file is New_World_Clean.esp. I don't remember who was the author though. I don't know if that is what you had in mind but it still could help.

You could download a completely empty mod (without statics, weapons... etc.) and then export/import the statics and stuff from Morrowind.esm to your new empty .esp (or .esm). Empty mods are not hard to find, youst search through google.
