Well, I've started learning Blender in an attempt to mod. After learning to screw around and make things, I uploaded the Nif scripts. To my dismay, I found out it didn't work for Blender 2.48, only 2.45 and below. I checked through all the websites I know, but I can't find an updated script that works with 2.48. Does anyone know where I can find a 2.48 Nif script for Blender, or will I have to use 2.45?

You're in luck.
click hereThe current "stable" version is 2.47 but I am using the experimental 2.48a version without any problems.

<3 you so much.
I was afraid I was going to have to give up my hopes of creating my own armors.

And, new problem. I've installed everything in the Blender 2.48a compressed file(Nifskope, Blender, the scripts, yada yada), but when I open Blender and click 'Import'...
All I get is DXF, STL, and VRML 1.0. No Netimmersion/Gamebryo in sight, nor anything else. What have I done wrong? Should I try uninstalling everything and starting all over?

If you look at this page, you will see all the import / export options Blender comes with.
If you do not see these in your installation, I recommend uninstalling all components, reboot and then delete the folders they were in.
I would also install them to a different location. If you had installed them to the default folders, try a different location such as C:\Apps\ for all the components.
C:\Apps\Blender\
C:\Apps\NifTools\
C:\PHP\
