I'm now a Wizard in the Mage Guild, I'm doing a quest for Skink (Sadrith Mora) and he asked me to find some book that is extremely rare, and that I might find in the Library in The Hall of Justice... I cannot find this book, or this library to be exact... I know there is a library in The Hall of Wisdom, does it mean this perhaps?

If you are looking for Vampires of Vvardenfell Volume 2,then you can buy it at Jobasha's Rare book store. Also,I think there is a copy of it at the bookselers in Balmora.

There is a copy in secret libraries under the Hall of Justice. There are 2 trapdoors in hall of justice, each half covered by carpets. There you will find many interesting books that are required in many quests.

You will also find Galur Ritheri's papera in Kagrenac's Library as I recall - is there a third place too? I think there is but it escapes me.

This is the book that gives you a quest you can only close by becoming a vampire and getting cured , unless you have already done that!
