Okay, I just got off a save file I've worked on for a while. When I was playing it,everything was fine, no crashes, played normally, etc. However, when I quit and tried to get back on, Oblivion would crash after the loadscreen for my save finished.

I know I did not at all change my mod order, add any mods, disable any or delete any. Anyone know what the cause of my problem might be?

Without a lot more info, it sounds like a corrupted save. Try going back to an earlier save and see if it works.

Tried loading an earlier save, wouldn't work, as that one crashed after a few seconds...
