Out of curiosity, what is the maximum achievable reputation?

I have used the console to play all three vampire clans and both Hllalu and Telvanni and I will also do Redoran.

Does anyone know exactly how many reputation points are in each of the Houses and how many in everything else?

I think I saw 148 somewhere but propably that was the max if you didnt play all three houses and all three vampires.

I am currently at 141 having done all the joinable functions and the MQ except Redoran and a few ourstanding quests (maybe 10).

I am sure also there are some quests randomly that I havent run into (some people out in the wilderness etc).

I asked cmac this question and he said in the 140's. Mine reached 144 playing two houses and the Quarra vamp quests (I didn't do all the miscellaneous vamp quests in that game) so your 148 could be right.
