I was wondering if anyone could make a mod that does this: Any silver weapon will do extra damage against all undead and vampire targets (including the player if he or she is a vampire). In old myths, silver was suppose to be a "holy" metal that drove away evil. In oblivion, it simply allowed you to hit ghosts.

Well in The Anita Blake Series silver affects Vampires as well ,they don't die from it but they heal slower. 
of course it hurts vampires, you stab'em it hurts, doesnt matter what its with lol. anita blank or w/e is wrong

Actually, Silver bypasses a vampire's Normal Weapons Resistance.
In fact, that's the same principle for ghosts. They just have 100% Normal Weapons Resistance.
