im trying to make a hunting guild that provides you with hunting dogs and various quests, i got all the idea's planned out, only i have one problem. I am using the Bloodmoon wolf model for the dogs, but I want to make the mod compatible with just regular morrowind (it pisses me off when i find mods that only work with tribunal, because i dont have it). The problem is, i dont think it would be right or even legal to dish out Bathesda's models for a regular mod, considering they want to make sales for their bloodmoon expansion.

so here is what im looking for, i am wondering if any body has any ideas for what i could use in place of a hunting dog, (nothing from morrowind, because i think all their creature's are lame, except the bloodmoon creatures.)

So if anybody knows were i could get some model's of some creatures, or if you have some that you think would be useful in this sense, and would like to see in a mod, then please tell me, i will give you credit, i'm not a mooch.

Even better would be a third party model of a dog!

ps. i dont mean to be picky, but un-animated models are pretty much usless to me, considering it would be too time consuming for me to animate it, and i dont particulrarly enjoy it, if i did, i would do it all myself since i do know how to model, i just dont have the time or patience right now.

i dont really know if this helps anything but there are allot of models for animals (with can move) in the impossible creatures game and its mods(microsoft is rich enough to let you 'borrow' their models...). things from spermwhales to wolfs to eagles. dont know if they are adaptable tho

I know that Cait (on the ES forums) made a dog model... but I forgot where you can download it.

about the impossible creatures, good idea, i have that game, but im trying to do all this with permission, im sure bathesda prolly wouldnt mind with thier wolf either, i just would rather not do it. besides, i dont know how to get the impossible creatures to work with morrowind, thanks though, anything helps, esspecially ideas.

Ok I know where you can find it. Just go to the ES forums and search for "Farm Mod". You'll have to download the other animals in the mod too, but that's really the only way you can get it.

i might not use his dog because its a dalmation however.

those other animals are perfect for things to hunt vs. hunting guar, kagouti, and alit. much better!
(i dont know what bathesda's facination with 2 legged big headed creatures are)

well, u could change the color and make them bigger and name them differently so bethesda wouldnt get mad.
