Why has the arthur of D U N E block his file? And could someone post the file here so I could download it?

It is his choice to block the file, and no one on the staff will set it visible.
If someone else uploads the file it will be deleted as a stolen file.
The file has been set hidden by the caretaker of the mod, work on it stopped quite some time ago and the forums for it are no longer there. Darkness Eternal is working on a mod that uses many of the assets of D U N E and you can read about it here:
