i've seen this term used several times before. what does it mean? sounds like its a glitch with a mod that fills your save game fill with junk or something.

Im not sure what it IS exactly, but googling it or looking on the WryeBash page should help you out.

Im guesing its where your game gets filled with data it no longer uses and CAN cause CTDs. UN-bloating would clear this out, increase performance and reliability in your saves.
