There is a way to add a "yes to all" button to the TESCS to pass up all the dialouge conflicts when the Masters are all loaded right?

Yes, open your Morrowind.ini file and add
QUOTE
Allowyestoall=1
in General section (under the ;Starting Grid Y=0)
