Hi all,I'm a newbie here and I hope someone can help me.I seem to be having a problem with a couple of mods,e.i. the southlanders and any body mod I try to put in my game.Now first of all let me explain something,I have recently had no problems with these mods the first time I used them.The first time I used these mods everything worked fine,well,I uninstalled my game because it kept crashing,I assume thru conflicks,I deleted the folders,reinstalled the game just the way I did before and installed just the mods I really wanted,Roberts2V4male and eyecandy,both worked fine.I also should mention I had the Southlanders mod installed both times also.Well,I also installed someother mods at this time and I really didn't like them and didn't feel like trying to find each and everyone to remove them so,I uninstalled the game again,I also removed the entire Bethesda folder and reinstalled the the game just as before.I might add that at this point that I also had KOTN and SI plus the patches installed at all times.OK at this point is where things get fun,I now seem to have the problem with these mods ,first The Southlanders ,I have no face.I have ears but no eyes,hair or face texture,just a black form of a head.I will add that I have other races installed and have no problem.I have Beautiful People2.7,no problem with these races showing,I have the Wilding race,no problem and these were installed in my other games before too.Alright now the body mods,I used Roberts body mods in both my first two installs and they work fine.In my second run through I used exems eyecandy mod,worked fine.Now niether of these will work at all,the only thing I get is purple feet.It seems the game refuses to allow the mods to work now.I do also use Oblivion Mod Manger,and I can get eye candy to work using the obmm file supplied by the modder.But,manuel installs don''t seem to work.Yet before they did.I've tried differnt load sequences with the mod manger and nothing seems to work either.Now though I'm not a modder myself,I have been using mods for years,I've played the Sim1 and now Sims2 plus this game for along time and I do try to make a point of reading the readmes,plus any directions that apply.So I kind of understand the workings of mods somewhat,though believe me I no computer expert myself.I greatly respect and thank all you who are modders that put the time and effort in to making my games much more enjoyable.Thats why I'm coming ton you now with this problem.It's not a real big deal I can live without them but I do like thes mods and it just bugs the heck out me that i can't figure out why the won't work now.Well, I hope someone can help.Thanx free.
