My best guess is that it means something like 'fool' or 'idiot'. But that's just my take on it.

I believe there's another thread on this, or perhaps something buried within the early posts of Random Bits of Knowledge.

'N'wah' is a Dunmer taunt for 'foreigner' or 'slave.'
There is no known translation for s'wit.
'Fetcher' presumably is a derrogatory term for 'thief.'
Not a swear-word, but something I noticed- "B'Vec." The Dunmer woman says it in Tribunal during the play Misc. quest during the script. It's a shortening of 'by Vivec.'

Well I always assumed 's'wit' it was an abbreviation for softwit, meaning idiot.

They say "You filthy s'wit!" So,they could be saying'You filthy idiot!"?
