So when i go to the ashlanders camp near Kaal and speak with the wise woman she tells me to find some books okay so i found every thing and Cais Cosades (sorry for spelling misstakes) goes to Cyrodill and im left in charge i go to the ashlanders camp near Kaal again and the wise woman says that she has to lead me to in my adventures and tells me to speak with Nerivane Cult Leader Sul-WhatEverItWas so my problem is that i can't find him.Can some one help?

He's in the Ashkhan's yurt, part of that big circle of tents with all the chimes and banners.
