i thought i seen somewhere mods to put children in oblivion and also another one to put plenty more people on the roads?
cant seem to find them now.

Cant give you links cos TESNEXUS is banned at my work!!!
However, Children are added by they CITY LIFE 2.2 mod (be sure to get LIFE TRANSLATED if u want the english names)
and roads you can either get "Crowded Roads advanced" or even better..... Tamriel travellers..
If youre looking for people to be on the roadds just walking about tho i would get crowded roads, more ppl than T-travellers
