Hey all,

I am a relative noob when it comes to the finer things in oblivion even though I have played the series for much of the time it's been out. I'm finally starting getting into some light modding etc, but that's really not the point here

I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that would allow me to keep the console fov command set at 90 instead of it resetting all the time. If anyone has a tip to do this or knows of a mod(I have obse if necessary) I'd appreciate it a lot.

I *did* look around and find fDefaultFOV=75.0000 in the .ini, but according to the tweak guide that is stickied you can run into problems by changing it and the discussion thread that it's linked to is a dead link.

EDIT: will this affect my mods in any way by setting the ini to read-only?
