Hello folks, I'm new to these forums, and figured I'd start off with an unhappy topic.

Played MW for a long while, loved it and plugged and played with many mods. Didn't think that OB would be more difficult to add mods to than MW, but it sure seems to be.

Here's my question. Please don't cut and paste the standard "yes it conflicts you can't do that reply"; I've seen it, and I understand it. What I need is links or information on how to fix it. I understand that the eye meshes conflict. Where is documentation for the CS or Wrye Bash to fix it?

I've been trying to get rid of the last bit of eye problem from my game and have been having no luck at all. I don't seem to have googly eyes, I have the black eyes on custom races. Specifically a demon companion that was added.

There has to be a way to fix this, doesn't there? I'm using BP only, and have only about 15 mods installed. There has to be a way to use a cosmetic replacer AND companion/custom race additions, isn't there?

The NPC's in my game look really fantastic, and I'm reluctant to change out the cosmetic replacer. But.... I really want to be able to use some of the custom race CM companions as well.

I have OBMM, Wrye Bash, and am not afraid to fire up the CS.

Any thoughts?

Eye options for races is in the CS under 'Character' on the top of the interface, I have never used BP but I can say the eye meshes for that mod should fit fine on any race.
Maybe this would help.. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=67870&hl=
but then again, maybe not, if you know exactly what folder to navigate to for the image/texture files of these eyes, then it should be very simple. Under 'Character' also, is races where you will add the eye images with drag and drop from the Eye window once you've set that up. you can change the eye mesh from races there too. Let me know if any of that heps

Actually, that might help. I think I'll load up the files in the CS and see if I can fix this later today. Wow, been a year since I did stuff with the CS with Morrowind. <rummages through brain> unsure.gif

The person who made BP seems to be saying that the "fix" is easy with Bash, but when I read Bash's docs I don't really see anything about it. Any clues on that?
