Whats the Telasero Propylon? I'v found one Propylon index, and im wondering what they do and if they do something cool, are the other ones just scattered around Telasero? Thx!

There is, indeed, more than just one Propylyn index. Try to find them, wherever you go, but there arent that many--around 10 I believe. When you hold the index in your inventory, and visit a propylon chamber at one of the old Dunmer strongholds, if you have the index to the propylon you can warp between strongholds.
