Michlo
Ahem,

Lord Michlo is currently a very happy vampire (thank you Drokk's vampire mod) and he intends to stay that way. He has enormous strength and power, can run like a wolf at night, fade into the shadows when needed and none can escape his hunter's senses.

He does not deem this an affliction which needs to be cured yet he is cursed, CURSED I TELL YOU!

After helping his mate, the Count of Skingrad he ended up with a spare "cure" for Vampirism in his inventory. "Bah, how foolish he thought, I shall get rid of such an abhorrence at once!". Well he tried throwing it away, it wouldn't go, he tried storing it in one of his chests, it still wouldn't go, he tried destroying it, apparently a very strong bottle. Now this niggling little problem fills his days and nights like an itch that just won't go away. What if he accidentally drinks it? How could he go back to being a puny mortal?

So finally, he seeks the wisdom of others beings who may have been similarly affected.

_________

I've tried the various "no quest item" mods to no avail. I cannot get rid of this damned bottle and yes, he did accidentally drink it once. heh. Not fun.

Any hints please?

Cheers.

This command should work, the ID is of the Vampire Cure Potion. Removeitem 000977E4 1

And if it doesn't work, this one has a stupid suggestion...... Drink the potion. Go to a cave where they have vampires, contract the Polyphoric Hemophilia (or summat like that) and...... become a vampire once more. dry.gif
Michlo
Thanks, Unholy, I should have thought of that. A kudo to you. smile.gif

And Flogging, it wasn't a stupid question, in fact it wasn't a question at all! tongue.gif Your suggestion wouldn't work for me though as the very good mod I use is based on how long you've been a vampire and how much blood you've fed on so I'd rather not have to start that all over. heh

Cheers.

Edit - And in case anybody else was looking at this, it is actually "Player.RemoveItem xxxx #".

I'm pretty sure that using the vampirism cure is permanent... as in you can never contract Polymorphic Hemophilia again.

+ if you have the DLC viles lair you can get rid of it via the stone in the pool only gets rid of vamp until you get the disease again

D'oh. The funny thing is I DID know but so many people on here have been using it I began to think that *I* was wrong.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Just to clear things up..... I said that I had a stupid suggestion. Not that it was a stupid question. Anyways............ I've never used your mod, but have succeeded in contracting vampire's disease after drinking said cure potion......... So, I'll be on my merry way to look into why that happened. wink.gif
